Health and Wellness

To be your best in the classroom, you need to feel your best. 韩国AV offers essential services to keep you healthy and wellness activities to keep you in top shape:

Provides individual counseling, group therapy, workshops, and connections to outside resources.

 
Provides free medical and mental health telehealth services.

Health Education Resource Office
Assists with accessing medical care either through Uwill or by connecting you with an area health care provider and offering guidance on using insurance benefits.

Accessibility Services
Provides reasonable accommodations to ensure students with disabilities can participate in and benefit from all campus programs and activities.

The Salud Food Pantry
Stocked with fresh fruits, and assorted drinks, canned goods, and frozen foods, the center is located within walking distance of the residence halls.

University Wellness and Activities Center
Weight and cardio room, gym, cross-fit room, racquetball courts, aerobics room, indoor and outdoor pools.

Athletic Facilities
Home to Saints Athletic teams; facilities include a gym, baseball and softball diamonds, soccer field and tennis courts.

Residence Hall Exercise Rooms
Located in Slater Apartments and Centennial Hall.

Campus Recreation Office
Located in the Multicultural Activities and Recreation Center (MARC), you can check out recreational equipment such as kayaks, hammocks, video games and sports equipment.

International Folk Culture Center
Offers cultural dance opportunities and lessons.

Elmendorf Lake Park
Adjacent to campus, this 30-acre city park has walking trails, a swimming pool, fitness stations, a fishing pier and picnic facilities.

 

Social and Spiritual Support

Mission and Ministry

Provides opportunities for spiritual reflection and growth through retreats, weekday and Sunday Masses, sacrament preparation, and interfaith and ecumenical worship. Take advantage of the beautiful Sacred Heart Chapel, Constantineau Chapel and the Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto for quiet reflection.

Center for Student Involvement (CSI)

Home to students organizations, Greek life, the Student Government Association and the Saint Production Board, which organizes a variety of campus events including a fall carnival, comedy shows, cultural events and Spirit Week.
